To participate in the TREDO Akshaya Tritiya Mega Win Challenge, users must meet all eligibility requirements below:
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the TREDO Akshaya Tritiya Mega Win Challenge (“Campaign”). By participating, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Campaign Period
• Start: 17 April 2026 at 7:00 PM IST
• End: 30 April 2026 at 11:59 PM IST
Only transactions completed within this window are eligible.
3. Investment Rules (Critical – Please Read Carefully)
• Only purchase transactions made during the campaign period will be counted as your total investments for the campaign.
• Total investment amount = cumulative value of all eligible Gold or Silver purchases as per the category
• Withdrawals or sales do not reduce eligibility
• Investments still count toward ranking even if withdrawn later
• Withdrawal timelines and charges apply as per TREDO platform terms
4. Winner Selection & Ranking Logic (With Tie Examples)
• Winners will be decided after successful campaign completion
• Top 3 investors will be declared winners in the Gold and Silver categories respectively
• Minimum eligibility for each category:
o Gold: ₹2,00,000
o Silver: ₹1,50,000
• Rankings are sorted by total investment value
• In case of a tie, the user who invested the amount first ranks higher.
Example:
If User A and User B both invest ₹3,00,000 in Gold, but User A completes the investment earlier → User A gets the higher rank
5. Prize Details & Fulfilment
Prize distribution follows the Prize Matrix as mentioned under ‘Rewards Structure – Prize Matrix’
• Winners will be contacted within 10 working days after the successful completion of campaign.
• Prize will be dispatched to the verified address as mentioned in the TREDO profile of the user. In case delivery of prize fails for 3 times, TREDO has the right to withdraw the prize and cancel the prize.
• Estimated delivery: within 30 days after successful declaration of the winner
• If a winner is unreachable for continuous 10 days after announcement, TREDO has the right to withdraw the prize or forward to next eligible winner.
• Users must ensure correct address and mobile number for successful delivery of the prize within the prescribed time limit.
6. Market Price Disclaimer (With Example)
TREDO takes no responsibility for any market price fluctuation.
Example:
If Gold or Silver prices changes, TREDO will not adjust prize value or quantity.
7. Taxes & Legal Compliance (With Illustration)
• All taxes and statutory charges are borne by the winner
• Prizes above ₹10,000 attract 30% TDS
• PAN and required documents must be submitted
Example:
If a prize is valued at ₹20,000, TDS may be deducted from the value of the prize before dispatch or distribution.
8. Fair Usage & Disqualification Policy (With Examples)
TREDO may disqualify users in the following cases:

9. Leaderboard Rules (With Display Examples)
• Participants are ranked based on total investments accumulated within the active contest window.
• In case of a tie, the investor who makes the investment first gets the higher rank.
• The leaderboard will be updated daily at 11:00 AM on the TREDO application’s upfront banner, showcasing data up to 11:59 PM of the previous day.
• The Leaderboard will reflect top 5 investors in each category according to their mobile number. For example, if your mobile number is +91-12345-67890 it will reflect as *****67890 in the Leaderboard.
• Employees of the organizing company are excluded from leaderboard rankings and prize distribution.
10. Data Privacy & Communication
By participating, users consent to:
• the collection and processing of your investment data for prize calculation, the display of your masked identifier on the leaderboard, and receiving campaign-related notifications.
• Winners may be featured in media, social media, or marketing materials. The winners/user provides their consent, the moment they start using this TREDO application.
• Communications may include real-time enrolment notifications, rank and leaderboard updates, and winner announcements via push or in-app notifications.

Users may receive rank updates, reminders, and winner announcements via push or in app messages.
11. Final Rights & Limitation of Liability
• TREDO may modify or withdraw the campaign without prior notice at any point of time.
• The organizing company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
• Technical issues will be addressed promptly, but uninterrupted participation cannot be guaranteed.
• The organizing company is not liable for discrepancies during high-volume periods, though every effort will be made to maintain system accuracy.
• All disputes will be resolved solely by TREDO.
12. Disqualification Rights
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants at their own discretion at any time.
13. Publicity
Winners may be featured in media, social media, or marketing materials. The winners/user provides their consent, the moment they start using this application.
14. General Conditions
• Modification Rights: The organizing company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contestant, campaign or these Terms at any time.
• Investment Risk Disclaimer: Gold and Silver investments are subject to market risk. Participation is voluntary and at the user's discretion.
• Investment Retention: Investment made within a contest window remain valid for that window even if the investment is later withdrawn.
• Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be resolved solely by the organizing company, and their decision is final.
• Fraud Prevention: Users suspected of fraudulent activity or system manipulation may be disqualified from all contest windows.
